nmTRC

Cure Me I'm Irish raises money for the NB Alliance to fund The Neuroblastoma and Medulloblastoma Traslational Research Consortium (nmTRC).  The nmTRC is a group of 10 universities and children's hospitals with strong research and /or treatment programs for neuroblastoma.  Working closely together, they develop and test promising new therapies for high-risk and relapsed neuroblastoma.  The majority of funding for nmTRC comes from the families, parents, friends and communities of those affected by these devastating pediatric cancers.

The nmTRC consists of closely collaborating investigators who are linked with laboratory programs with the goal of developing novel therapies for high-risk neuroblastoma.  The nmTRC conducts clinical trials that test new drugs and new combinations of drugs against high-risk and relapsed neuroblastoma.  Those with promising results will then be considered for more extensive national testing.

All proceeds from every "CURE ME I'm Irish" event are donated to support the efforts of the nmTRC.  This is a consortium of ten universities and Children's hospitals working together to bring an end to extraordinarily deadly pediatric tumors.
